In this episode Prof. P K Singh discusses the importance of inner well- being at work. He has also highlighted different dimensions of inner well- being as the core component for the mental and professional well being. He emphasizes the role of Indian wisdom for the inner well being at work and relates the five inner sheaths as per Upanishads.

Dr. Pawan Kumar Singh is at present he is the Director of MDI, Gurugram. He has been engaged in academics for more than three decades in the field of post-graduate teaching in management, training, research, consulting and academic administration. He has a unique blend of experience having served in academics in all types of institutions – state university (Ujjain and Kanpur), central university (IGNOU, New Delhi), national institute (NITIE, Mumbai), and Indian institute (IIM Indore). He operates in the field of Organisational Behaviour & Human Resource Management, Indian Ethos, and Managerial Values and Skills. Before his career in academics, he worked with Bank of India as Industrial Relations Officer.
Dr. Pawan Kumar Singh is a Ph.D. in Management from Vikram University Ujjain, Post-Graduate in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Xavier Institute of Social Service Ranchi, and M.A. in Economics from Ranchi University. He graduated with Economics as major with Mathematics and English literature. He qualified NET of UGC in 1984, the very year in which JRF was introduced by UGC. He has attended a summer school certificate programme in research methodology at London School of Economics and Political Science. Dr Singh has a number of publications to his credit.
