Prof Harigopal enumerates how remote working has become a new phenomenon and at the same time gradually how it is becoming a new normal. He has highlighted on the new alternative models of workplace i.e work from home, satellite work centres etc. He has touched upon the Behavioural and HRM context of remote working and also its advantages and disadvantages. The impact of new work norms e on productivity, workplace dynamics and strategies to accept the new work process to increase employee performance are also highlighted by him.
