Dr Raj Agrawal talks about the opportunities and challenges faced by the educational institutions worldwide. He stresses that earlier the academic fraternity was averse to change but the current pandemic has made them adopt the technology in far much better way than earlier. He speaks on the ways the educational institutions have transformed to the blended learning mode and what will be the situation in the near future.

Currently, Dr. Raj Agrawal is Professor and Director of All India Management Association, Centre for Management Education (AIMA CME). Before joining AIMA CME Dr. Agrawal was Professor and Director of IILM Academy of Higher Learning, Greater Noida. He is also a “Visiting Research Professor” in Montana State University, Billings, United States (US). He has more than thirty five years of academic experience of working in prestigious national institutions like; All India Management Association (AIMA), Association of Indian Universities, Motilal Regional Engineering College and other national institutes. He is also actively associated with statutory bodies like; All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), NAAC and National Board of Accreditation (NBA). He has organized several training programmes both for reputed public and private sector companies like ONGC, Engineers India Ltd, Power Grind Corporation, Delhi Metro, NTPC, Indian Oil, HDFC, ICICI bank etc. He also delivered sessions in these programmes as resource person at middle and board level.
Dr. Agrawal has done PhD from Allahabad University. A prolific writer and keen researcher, he has written more than hundred articles in leading national and international journals. He has also authored and edited more than ten books on Management. He is consultant in World Bank and regularly invited by national and overseas organizations to deliver talks on contemporary economic and social issues.
